If you are going to Hawaii, I would recommend staying on the Kaanapali Beach. Two of the best ones are the Westing Maui Resort and Spa, and the Kaanapali Beach Hotel. They are the two best hotels on Maui.

I also recommend trying Hawaiian steak, and pineapple juice. Oh yes, and you must try Hawaiian pineapples, they are the best in the world.

One of the best snorkeling sites is Black Rock. Of course, any snorkeling spot on the Kaanapali Beach is great. But, if you are going to Black Rock you must be careful. There is at least one jellyfish in the area.

Another great treat on Maui is sailing on the America II.

Another good thing to do is hike up the Haleakala volcano. It is very fun, but tiring. They also have a tourist activity you can do, "biking down the volcano". Although I did not do it, I recommend doing it anyway.
